Having a problem with dirt, debris or that doggie/kitty odor?  Then treat your pet to a relaxing cleansing bath at our facility.  Your pet will smell fresh and feel revitalized.  If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services also include nail trimming, ear cleaning and anal gland expression.  We also offer Capstar flea treatment which begins to kill fleas within 30 minutes and eliminates all fleas within 4-6 hours.  This revolutionary flea treatment is great for clients with children as there is no topical residue.

Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. Many pets just need a little understanding and the appropriate training.  We offer FREE New Puppy classes for all clients.  We also have Puppy Kindergarten and Basic Obedience classes available.  These classes are taught by our Obedience Instructor, Elizabeth Harless, at our Carriage Hills location.  Puppy Kindergarten is a 4 week class to start both you and your puppy off on the right foot (paw).  Basic Obedience is a 5 week class covering the basics of good dog behavior. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care, including dental radiography, root canals, and minor endodontics, is available at our Carriage Hills location.

High-tech fiber optics permit direct visual examination and biopsies of your pet’s gastrointestinal system. This allows for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral, esophageal, stomach, colon and even upper intestinal tract disease. We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology possible. All patients are carefully screened prior to surgery for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pets needs.  Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and nursing staff to ensure the safest, most efficient surgical procedures for your pet, heated surgery tables for greater comfort and better body temperature control, advanced sterilization techniques, ECG and oxygen saturation monitors, as well as, constant monitoring by an experienced surgical nurse, intensive after surgery care and complete pre-anesthetic blood testing.  All surgical patients receive an IV catheter and fluids to maintain hydration and regulate blood pressure.  Because we believe that pain management is of the utmost importance, we use a multimodal approach to try to achieve the highest level of comfort possible for your pets.

Ultrasound is a non-invasive technology that uses sound waves to painlessly examine internal organs.  In veterinary medicine, we primarily use this technology to evaluate the heart and the abdominal organs.  We couple this technology with telemedicine, which allows us to send images via the internet to a variety of specialists across the country.  This allows us to have your pet’s cases reviewed by some of the most talented veterinary professionals in their field, without the inconvenience of travel for the owners.  Ultrasound is provided at our Carriage Hills location.
